Gratitude Journaling –

In All Things Give Thanks:

Try practicing gratitude by taking a few minutes out of your day to write down things that you’re grateful for. Acknowledging things such as the ability to walk, talk, breathe, be employed, have shelter, or love can go along way in terms of your daily motivation. Try journaling as the first thing you do in the morning and see how it changes your day.
